"Agimat ni Apo" seminar-workshop aims to bring the participants in an honest reflection of power and leadership, not just of position but also of disposition. Through a reflection of right habits and attitudes, based on the stories of people we admire (especially, in the Philippine setting), we hope to contribute to groups, companies, schools in search of excellence, productivity, teambuilding and purpose. Hopefully, there is a deepening of work and life balance through a whole day of reflection and sharing of right values applied in the workplace.

A session of Agimat ni Apo normally takes two full days. However, time/schedule may be adjusted depending on organization’s needs.
